A Passionate Valentine's Day!

The great thing about being a Passion consultant, is I specialize in "Making Every Day Valentine's Day". So when asked to share a few ideas - this was right up my alley. Valentine's is a great time to show your partner how much you appreciate them, and start great habits that you can use year round.

1. Spend an evening with your partner - not your technology. We've all been guilty of this one. You are spending the evening with your other half, but you occasionally use your cell phone to text, play Words with Friends, or update your Facebook status. Sometimes it's nice to spend time alone. Turn your phone and laptop off, and just enjoy the one you love.

2. Go somewhere new - or old! I suggest trying a new restaurant - that will create great memories! My husband and I's first date was on Valentines' day. We went to an amazing restaurant outside of the city. The atmosphere was amazingly romantic, and we have not been back since. He often asks if he should make reservations, but because of the high expectations of the first date, I want to wait for another amazing moment. This Valentine's day will be special for us again. This Valentine's day we are expecting our first child, so it's time to go back to the place where it all began.

3. Leave a note. So often, we forget to say how we actually feel about those around us. Make sure your special someone knows just how special they are. Hallmark cards are always great - but do you ever get the feeling that they don't say EXACTLY what you meant? Try handwritten notes this year. Just knowing they are words of the heart will make them the best card ever. Feeling really ambitious - how about writing several notes and leaving them where you know your partner will find them. Try the car, next to the nightstand, or maybe a briefcase.

Overall - it's the memories that will last, long after the gifts have been eaten, broken, or lost. Make sure the person you spend your Valentine's Day with knows how special they are to you. That is what will "Make Every Day Valentine's Day."

Need a laugh?

A woman walked into the kitchen to find her husband stalking around with a fly swatter. "What are you doing?" she asked. "Hunting flies," he responded. "Oh. Killing any?" she inquired. "Yep, 3 males, 2 females," he replied. Intrigued, she asked, "How can you tell them apart?" He responded, "3 were on a beer can, 2 were on the phone."

Thought this was a good laugh...

A husband thinking he was being funny, said to his wife, "Perhaps we should start washing your clothes in Slim Fast. Maybe it would take a few inches off of your butt!" The next morning the husband took a pair of underwear out of his drawer. "What the heck is this?", he said to himself. As a little cloud appeared when he shook them out, he hollered into the bathroom, "Why did you put talcum powder in my underwear?" She replied, "It's not talcum powder, it's Miracle Grow". :o)

Who says you have to wait for the weekend?

After doing parties for the past 6 years, I enjoy finding new ways to do parties. Theme parties are the best - all week long!

So today, I decided to share some of my favorite weekday parties.

Margarita Mondays
Wine Down Wednesdays
Spa & Seduction

A Margarita Monday is a great party! It's easy for the hostess and fun for the guests. I remember the first time I did this party, I fell in love with it. The hostess had all of the guests arrive right after work. Each guests brought something for a taco bar. Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, taco seasoning - everyone else bought sodas, water, etc. It was great because the hostess only purchased 1 thing - Margarita Mix & 2 bottles of alcohol. I arrived about an hour after the guests, and that gave them time to eat and mingle. The 12 guests spent $1400, I made almost $600, and the hostess got $200 in Passion Goodies. Sidebar, these women all worked at a restaurant, so Monday's were there slow days!

Wine Down Wednesdays are great for groups under 10. Get 8 guests together for a fun shopping adventure. It's awesome cause it's a great way to get through Hump Day! You pick the guests, get a cheese tray, and 2 bottles of wine and voila - it's a Wine Down Wednesday. Great after work getaway! Your girlfriends will thank you and you get FREE Passion Goodies!

Finally, we have the Spa & Seduction party. Spa & Seduction is a great time for hostesses that just want to relax with their girlfriends. This party is all about bringing the spa at home - with a little buzz of course! Gather your girlfriends and tell them to bring their favorite nail polish. Get ready for an evening or afternoon with your favorite Passion Parties Romantatherapy line. Choose from our Simply Sensual Pomegranate Ginger, Green Tea, or our Plumeria Scent. These pheremone infused products are bound to relax you as you begin the party soaking your feet in these amazing bath salts. Sample several Passion Products while passing around your favorite waterproof B.O.B's - Battery Operated Boyfriends. At the end of the pampering session, your friends purchase their favorite products, and you earn your home spa experience for free!

I love doing various types of parties! And to think - people used to think I only sold toys! What I really do is provide a safe comfortable environment for women to discuss how they really feel!
